Hi all, we are looking for a dev who can help build upon an existing basic WordPress site for our supplier partners. We are looking for a bid by Monday 9/26 if possible.

Please send any questions or bids to both Jaime.Sutton@wholefoods.com and Natanya.Anderson@wholefoods.com – thank you!

Marketing Program Manager, 365 by Whole Foods Market

    Overview:
The 365 by Whole Foods Market Purchasing Team is in need of a web-based Supplier Portal to facilitate communication between suppliers and buyers. This website would be an extension off of a preexisting WordPress-based site, managed by the Whole Foods Market Global Purchasing and Technology Teams. This is not a public facing site and requires password access to login: https://supplier.wholefoodsmarket.com/

    Key Expectations from the Site
The 365 Supplier Portal is intended to:
 Eliminate the need for manually maintained email aliases – we would like suppliers to subscribe to updates via the site and receive updates we post to the site automatically (RSS feed).
 Eliminate the need to email updated documentation and forms to our supplier group – the most up to date documentation would be posted on the Supplier Portal for suppliers to self-serve.
 Provide suppliers with a single submission site for new product submission files (Dropbox or Workfront integration); the site also needs to provide an efficient way for 365 Purchasing to send accept/decline communication back to suppliers that submit new products.
 Provide suppliers with a single submission site for promotions (Dropbox or Workfront integration); the site also needs to provide an efficient way for 365 Purchasing to send accept/decline communication back to suppliers that submit new products
 Allow dynamic content addition/subtraction by the 365 Purchasing Team – blog posts, document library updates, etc.
